- Our diets have the biggest environmental impact of anything we do, including driving. By changing the foundation of our diet to be built on plants instead of animal products and processed foods, we can decrease our "carbon footprint" to a fraction of that compared to the modern conventional diet. As I have discovered, what is better for the planet is also better for people. Together, we can design a conscientious diet for yourself and your loved ones that meets all of your nutritional needs without expensive supplements.
