Solar Powered Film Fest 2008 :
The Solar-Powered Film Series is the first in New York City to use the power of the sun to construct an outdoor “eco-theater” like no other. This free six-evening program featured nightly screenings of environmental documentaries. Each night focused on a different theme including water, energy, food, waste and more. Some films screened this year included "City of Water," "Garbage Warrior," "The Greening of Southie," "Burning the Future," and "The Future of Food."
