Stephanie, It's great to know that neighborhoods that need healthful produce are finally getting served. Thanks for the info!

Hi Fellow Farm Fans -

Wanted to drop a quick note to let you know (if you don't already) about a new CSA in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. We have a relationship with an experienced farmer (Farm at Miller's Crossing), and are offering income-sensitive and subsidized shares. Food Stamps are accepted. For more info, please see: www.FlatbushFarmShare.com

Thanks!
Stephanie

If you missed the very cool recent panel discussion on urban agriculture, sponsored by CENYC's Greenmarkets program, I wrote a brief blog on it: http://bit.ly/4xAS. Imagine peace.

Are you only looking for produce? Fleisher's Organic and Grass-fed Meats now delivers to Brooklyn.

hi everyone!

i'm on the look out for some kitchen space i can rent out a couple of times a week, flexible on time of day, probably not starting until late spring, going through the end of the summer. ideally this would be shared with other people who only need it part of the time, or who need help out with the rent. it would be a small operation on my end and it doesn't *have* to be a certified kitchen. maybe you just have a kick ass kitchen in your house. cold storage availability and shared use of equipment would be ideal.

please pass on any leads to: ajamarsh at gmail dot com !

thanks so much!
