I wish I could make this but I am going to an energy efficiency event at the Center for Architecture next tuesday. I hope however, to get more involved in Queens events, as I live in Forest Hills, and am trying to help the Sierra Club NYC Chair increase neighborhood activism and involvement in environmental issues.

Hi all,

I have decided to reschedule the Long Island City Supper Club for Tuesday 11/10. The location will be 10-63 Jackson Avenue, on the corner of Jackson & 49th, directly across from the 7 Vernon-Jackson stop (the first stop into Queens from Manhattan). I plan to screen Coul Country (http://www.coalcountrythemovie.com/trailer_page.html). Please let me know if you are able at attend and have any suggestions!

I would love to start up a Supper Club. I live in Astoria, but I would be happy to meet up anywhere. I will be out of town from for most of late August, but let me know if we could set something up in the next two weeks.

I get messages from this group but do not see them posted anywhere. Are my settings wrong? Also, I am interested in attending any Queens supper club events!
