HTML help needed for a site to build a self-sustaining Brooklyn community

Hi, I am looking for someone with good HTML skills to volunteer to help build a not-for-profit website that will facilitate the development of a self-sustaining, self-regulating and self-sufficient Brooklyn community. I believe this idea may have the potential to dramatically change New York City, reduce the city's ecological footprint, and serve as a model to the rest of the world.
