Event Description

The Brooklyn Creative League Supper Club is a casual, fun, relaxing way to meet independent professionals --and those thinking (or just dreaming) about making the leap -- interested in sharing their skills, ideas and interests in urban sustainability. Come to network with writers, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, architects, marketing gurus, journalists, web developers, bloggers, communications professionals, illustrators, designers, and others.

The BCL facility is a beautiful example of how green construction materials result in both a healthy and aesthetically cool space.

Guest speaker: Amanda Gentile

Amanda Gentile, cofounder of Brooklyn Green Team, is currently working at the Council on the Environment of New York City's (CENYC) as a Development and Communications specialist. Amanda will discuss how they started Brooklyn Green Team and the challenges faced. She will also share her insight on sustainability and her experience with CENYC.
